As an Administrative Assistant (Intern) at Schmidt Family Office™, Ross supports both the operations and advisory team, gaining hands-on experience. His role allows her to apply academic knowledge in real-world scenarios while building a strong foundation in private wealth management.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Volunteering
Ross is an Assistant Coach with the NAIT Men’s Volleyball Team, where he applies his leadership and teamwork skills to help athletes achieve their potential both on and off the court.
Outside of the Office
Ross enjoys coaching and playing volleyball, reading, cycling or hiking in the Rockies, and travelling throughout Canada and internationally when he is able to. His love of sport and adventure reflects his energetic and team-oriented approach to life.
