As an Administrative Assistant Alysha is responsible for regular documentation and audit compliance, specializing in account openings, performance reporting, and financial analysis.

At Schmidt Family Office™, Alysha assists and collaborates with the Wealth Strategy Group. As a member of the Operations Group, Alysha has over 9 years of experience working in the financial industry.
Designations & Degrees
Alysha received her Bachelor of Management with a minor in Human Resources (HR) and emphasis in Leadership. With a focus and passion for HR, Alysha loves working with clients and assisting the Wealth Strategy Group with their client facing interactions. She is currently working towards completing her Canadian Securities Course designation.
Volunteering
Shriners Hospital for Children is close to Alysha’s heart as without their care, Alysha would not be able to walk today. She volunteers her time at their fundraising events including their annual BBQ fundraisers.
Outside of the Office
Alysha comes from large family who are very close. She has three sisters, 2 nephews, 2 nieces and absolutely loves being an auntie! Alysha is an avid traveler, and her favourite place she has travelled to is China while Hawaii, Ireland and Scotland are the next locations on her travel wish list. Her other past times include video creation, sewing, skiing, reading, personal development, and cooking. Alysha values health and fitness and there isn’t a day that she doesn’t move her body – whether it be cycling, strength training or walking her two dogs.
